Scope and contact
This policy covers onthegoanalytics.com and its waitlist, operated by On The Go Analytics. It does not describe information processed inside the iPhone app; the app provides its own privacy policy. For website support or privacy requests, contact support@onthegoanalytics.com.
Information you provide
When you join, we store your email address, its lowercase form for duplicate detection, the signup time, and a verification time when you open your signed confirmation link. We may store a selected plan interest if you provide one and a short source label, such as a referral code or referring website hostname. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.
Security information
Our hosting provider receives your network address and normal request information when your browser connects. The waitlist application uses salted hashes of network addresses and email recipients, along with timestamps and counters, to limit abuse. It does not store raw network addresses, user-agent strings, or fingerprints in the waitlist database. Hosting and email providers may process network addresses and delivery or operational logs as part of their services.
How we use information
We use this information to maintain the waitlist, confirm control of an address, show a position in line, deliver requested access updates, respond to support and privacy requests, and prevent abuse. We do not use the waitlist to create an investment profile or tailor financial recommendations. We do not sell waitlist information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and its database, applies security controls, and sends confirmation emails. It also forwards messages sent to our support address to a Gmail inbox provided by Google. These providers process recipient addresses and message content as needed to deliver email and support requests. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Cookies, analytics, and links
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, load third-party analytics scripts, or store your information in localStorage. The appearance setting lasts only for the current page. A confirmation link contains a signed record identifier and expiry, not your email address. Anyone with that link can view its waitlist status, so keep it private. We record verification when the link is opened; that does not guarantee that a human, rather than an email security scanner, opened it.
How long information is kept
We retain waitlist records while needed to manage access and requested updates, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Old hourly network-address counters and email-delivery counters idle for more than 24 hours are removed opportunistically when the service receives allowed requests; removal may occur later during quiet periods. Provider logs and backups follow the provider’s retention settings. Records may be kept longer where needed to resolve an issue or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, removal from updates, or deletion by emailing support@onthegoanalytics.com from the address you used to join. We may verify control of an address before fulfilling a request. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live. Leaving the waitlist does not affect any app purchase or app data.
Children and changes
The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact support@onthegoanalytics.com if you believe a child submitted an address. We will update this policy’s effective date when its terms change.
